Ed Ferguson

Coach Ed Ferguson has been a local coach on the Peninsula for over 30 years. Coach Ed has an old school approach in developing good fundamental skills on both ends of the basketball court. A player must have the determination to always work to improve on their skills. Players must have proper development. It is not the hours you put in, it’s what you put in the hours.

Coach Ed was a pass first point guard who held assist records for years in the MPL and mastered the mid range jump shot. After his playing career, Ed began coaching. An X’s and O’s tactician, he has coached at all levels, elementary, middle and high school including Burlingame High, Sacred Heart Prep, Capuchino High School and is currently the head boys coach at Hillsdale High School.
